If it weren’t for this pic I’d have probably gone my whole life without knowing what Google uses to snap shots for Google-Earth. This is just wonderful, really good.

They use these attachments for Google Streetview. Google Earth maps are made with satellites.

it’s a Toyota prius, and being the environmentally conscious gimps that the google overlords are I’d say it’s highly likely that they would opt for the environmental bs of a prius over a big pollution emitting and altogether more awesome van… just cause you read on someone else’s blog that they use vans, doesn’t make it true!

In the UK they use diesel Astra’s.
