People drink and drive, it’s a shame that it happens and plenty of people get hurt or killed as the result of it.

But what the hell was this guy thinking when he took a leisurely drunken drive in the middle of the day on a highway hosting a bicycle race.

The accident killed one rider and injuring ten others.
