A woman is bamboozled into thinking she won a Toyota and instead receives a Star Wars Yoda character, aka a TOY YODA.
So she’s suing the company that pulled the stunt.
It’s hard to say who is stupid here, the company for not covering their ass by making it clear that it was a joke or the woman who is suing for her embarrassment.
But which is funnier?
The fact that she was thought she was winning a Toyota and received a “Toy Yoda” or that the woman pictured worked at Hooters?

Well, if my boss promised a bonus to the person who worked the hardest over a three mo. period, and I worked my a off, I’d be PISSED that I got rewarded with a joke gift. Everyone of the employeess at that Hooters (hard to say w/ straight face) were duped into working harder for a bounus, then they got boned. Not cool. SUE AWAY!!!

I am from Panama City Beach. Although this happened a number of years ago, I still think it is funny that they fail to mention she was a waitress for Hooters.

This reminds me of something I read about. A woman won a radio contest, the prize for which was a hundred grand. So she gets all dressed up, goes to the station…And they hand her a 100 Grand candy bar.

The suit was settled because other waitresses corroborated the story stating that the boss had said that he didn’t know whether it would be a car, truck or van, et cetera. The restaurant got what it deserved.
