All these pictures on the internet and it never ceases to amaze me when I see acts of bad parenting like this one.
Or it could all be a mistake and this child’s mother is simply a yoga instructor. Ohhhhmmmm…..

It is plainly a doll. There are tons of those “kid-sized” things around these days. Look closely at the shoes, hand, and face. It is very clearly not a real child. Not to mention, a real child whose legs had been bent up like that would have had to have been dead…
