There are a few rules in tattooing.
One of them is “Don’t let someone who has never done it before tattoo you.” which is clearly what this poor bastard did.
The saddest thing about this tattoo is it’s a tribute to someone who’s passed away. Well, if that girl sees this from the afterlife you can bet she’ll be back to haunt your stupid ass for disgracing her image by using a piss poor tattoo artist.

Maybe he wanted a tattoo of what she would look like 6 months after she died… Ya’ know… As a zombie.
